ABSTRACT:
A 15 page research paper that examines Goldratt's text, which expounds on Goldratt's ideas regarding critical thinking and its relationship to both personal and business success. His concepts have the ambitious goal of teaching business people and others how to think. Goldratt introduced his Theory of Constraints (TOC) in 1986 with the publication of a best-selling novel The Goal. This research examines that novel and its sequel It's Not Luck. This examination also looks at Goldratt's theories and concepts by employing the IRAC method, that is, by discussing issues, references, analyses and conclusions. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
